OKROI, BEVERLY J. (Christopher, Zeller) OKROI, Beverly J. (age 61) – Entered into rest on December 29, 2010 in Roslyn, SD, as the result of an automobile accident. Beverly “Bevy” Jean was born October 3, 1949 to Harold and Betty (Bentley) Christopher in Spokane, WA. She attended local schools graduating from Rogers High School in 1968. She and her family loved their trailer camping trips around the U.S. and Canada. Beverly and her first husband, Gary Zeller had five children together: Patricia, Daniel, Andrew, Mathew, and Mark. In 1992, after moving to South Dakota, she met and married Henry Okroi, and was proud to become a part of his family. She was a hard working woman and loved to craft homemade items. She enjoyed her years as a Rainbow girl and later as a member of The Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by her stepfather, Samuel Rothwell of Spokane; husband, Henry Okroi of Roslyn, SD; two daughters, Patty (Adam) Wells, of Las Vegas, NV, and Kate Okroi of NC; four sons, Danny Zeller of Las Vegas, NV, Andrew Zeller of Fargo, ND, Adam Okroi of Roslyn, SD, and Joseph Okroi of Webster, SD; nine grandchildren; a brother, Bruce Christopher of Oklahoma City, OK; and a sister, Susan (Darrell) Libby of Spokane, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons. Service and interment were held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery of Grenville, SD. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23rd, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the CHAPEL OF FLOWERS, RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA.
