George L. Langlois(age 78) entered into rest on July 16, 2011. He was born on July 10, 1933 in Devils Lake, North Dakota to parents George and Alva Langlois. George served his country proudly in the United States Army during the Korean War and was a member of TK Co. 5th Inf. Reg. He received the National Defense Service medal and a United Nations Service medal before being honorably discharged, in 1956. George married Betty Ellen Henry and together they raised their family. A 56-year resident of Spokane, George worked for Centennial Mills as a Miller. He is survived by six sons, George Robert, Gordon Wayne, Guyle Dean, Glenn Eugene, Garon Gene Quentin, and Gerome Russell; 14 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be on Monday, July 25, 2011 at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA beginning at 1:30 PM.
