Ronald Edward Knorr Age 51 September 30, 1960 – October 24, 2011 We lost our beloved Son, Husband, Father, Brother, Poppy, and Best Friend on October 24, 2011 in Spokane, Washington. Ronald Edward Knorr was born September 30, 1960 to his parents Robert and Mildred Knorr joining his two elder sisters, Patricia and Barbara. With an outgoing and loving personality he was always the glue that held everyone together forming friends for life from near and far. The family was later joined by the youngest brother, Harvey and the devoted pranks began. The four became a family of mischiefs, teasing, and memories that will continue on. They all began work in the family business, but for Ron it became so much more. A passion that would later become his and continue until the day he died. On November 13, 1981 his first daughter was born, Sheena Knorr-Garcia. As a young single father he was forgetful, exciting, and carefree instilling a bond that will never be forgotten and a song that will pour on. Meeting his former childhood neighbor and rock target, Cindy Lou McLain-Knorr and her daughter, Adrienne Jones, in August 1986 they became inseparable almost immediately. He later instilled the most lovable traits and family togetherness with marriage on August 25, 1990 that will live on forever and always in the hearts of them all. His love seemed never ending as it continued to grow with the addition of each of his two current and future son-in-laws, Cary and Dennis, three grandchildren Elsa Lindsay, Brody Pirtle, and Devon Garcia, and even further still with his four legged children Bobbie-Sue and Trace. He was always one that could see through a person’s flaws and at the good within, never judging and always helping with every inch of his body. He will be missed and loved by his family and friends for centuries on. At his request Ron will be cremated and kept near the hearts of his loved ones. A small memorial service will be held Monday, October 31, 2011 at 1:00pm at Riplinger Funeral Home and Crematory 4305 N. Division Spokane, Washington. Following the service will be a gathering at UpRiver Greenhouse, everyone is invited to attend. Questions regarding service or donations can be directed to 208-890-1070. Please come and share this time with us as this is what Ron liked most, having his family and friends near.
