James Donald Fowler(age 80)local Chattaroy resident James Donald Fowler passed away on July 18, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. James was born on February 23, 1932 in White Deer, TX. He is survived by his brother, Carl Fowler; sons, Ronald and Donald Fowler; daughter, Karla Fowler; six grandchildren and one great grandchild. James was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Betty Jean Fowler. James was a member of Boilermaker Local #242, for over 35 years. A hardworking man his entire life, James created a wonderful country lifestyle for all of his family to enjoy and for future generations to come. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. James loved spending time with his family and friends, and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be from 11:00AM – 2:00PM Saturday, July 21 at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY 4305 N. DIVISION SPOKANE, WA. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 23 beginning at 11:00AM at Riplinger Funeral Home followed by interment at the Chattaroy Cemetery.
