Grace V Wynne

Grace V. Wynne (age 88) passed away August 10, 2012 at her home on Ridgecrest Drive in Spokane. Survived by her two daughters, Dottie Skelton and her husband Robert H. Skelton, Vickie Elkins and her husband Craig Elkins; grandson, Robert H. Skelton, Jr., granddaughter, Jennifer Skelton; grandson, Brandon Elkins; granddaughter, Colette Elkins; and five great-grandchildren. Grace’s husband, Thomas, was a veteran of 22 years in the USAF, and they retired in Spokane in 1968. Tom passed away in 1994, after 48 wonderful years together. Grace and Tom owned and operated Wood-Wynne Stables west of Spokane for 27 years until Toms’ passing. Grace was very active in area equestrian events, instructing riders, and participating in local area competitions. Visitation will be from 9:00AM – 8:00PM Thursday, August 16 at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME 4305 N. DIVISION SPOKANE, WA. Funeral service will begin at 2:00PM on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Christ the Redeemer (Grace Baptist) Church 1523 W. Mallon with interment following the service at Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery.
