Diane E. Mills

Diane Elaine Mills died, age 70, at Royal Park Care Center Spokane, Washington, on Monday, March 4, 2013. The cause was heart failure. Survivors include her mother, Marie Mills, of Mountain View, California, as well as her three children, Dawn Quackenbush, of San Diego, California, Derek Burney, of Milton, Washington, and Phedre Burney-Quimby, of Spokane, Washington. Diane was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 2, at Riplinger Funeral Home and Crematory, 4305 N. Division, Spokane, Washington. Relatives and friends are welcome at the service and gathering afterward at her daughters home.
