Jeannie Mari Harman (Walters) June 2, 1939 - September 4, 2013 On September 4, 2013, Jeannie Harman, age 74, a long-time resident of Spokane, Washington, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family. Born in Kalispell, Montana, she grew up in Spokane and graduated from North Central High School where she was a majorette. She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, David Harman, the love of her life; brother, Raymond Walters; and parents. She is survived by her children, Daniel Kerr (spouse Julie) of Mead, WA; Renee Kerr-Goldsmith (spouse John) of Spokane, WA; and Adele Ploeger (spouse Lance) of Nine Mile Falls, WA; grandchildren, Lacey Kerr, Levi Kerr, and Cory Goldsmith; and one great grandchild, Elijah Goldsmith. Jeannie’s favorite times were those spent with family. She was a beautiful, loving, caring person with a tender heart. She is loved dearly and will be greatly missed. Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. at Sunset Mausoleum Chapel at Fairmont Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley, Spokane, WA. Inurnment to follow. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Hospice of Spokane or to a charity of their choice.
