Barbara graduated from school in Red Bluff; CA in 1959 and later in life got her nursing degree from DeAnza College of Nursing of California, and later became an Oncology Certified Registered Nurse. She was an excellent quilter and made beautiful and unique quilts for eight of her grandchildren’s high school graduations, and latest one in June of 2014. Barbara loved to travel with Larry and their little dog Jinx, and they went to all but three of the States (DE, CT, and RI) and five Canadian provinces, where she met and made new friends, visited with family members and friends all over the country. She was a member of the Northeast Washington Regulators cowboy action shooting club, and although she didn’t shoot, she was the treasurer (Banker) for the club. Barbara will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but the wonderful memories of her and the times we all shared will always remain in our hearts. Memorial service date is pending.
