Paul J Quirke, Sr.

Paul J. Quirke went to be with the Lord on March 20th, 2015 after a long illness. He was born in Ashtabula, Ohio and was a longtime resident of Perry and Painesville, Ohio before moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 1976. He has been a resident of Spokane, WA for the past 5 yrs. He was co-owner of Quirke's Carriage House in Ohio and Arizona before becoming a supervisor at Motorola in Phoenix for 17 years. He enjoyed flying and woodworking with his family. He is survived by his wife Karen (Mericka) Quirke, sons Chad (Blossom) of Spokane, WA, Jerrud (Sarah) of Mt. Spokane, WA and Jacob (Lesley) of Stephens City, VA. Five grandchildren, Collin, Breanna, Alaina, Conan and Eloise. Brother, John (Janet) Quirke of Hermitage, PA, Sister-in-law, Patty Quirke of Raleigh, NC and many nieces and nephews. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Patrick and sister Esther Gillespie. Services will be at Greenbluff Community Church, Colbert, WA at 3PM Saturday, March 28, 2015 with burial at Peone Cemetery.
