Del Vernon Hueter

Hueter, Del Vernon (age 81) - Passed away on December 17, 2015 in the arms of his loving wife Shari. Del was born in Spokane, Washington to Eugene and Verna Hueter on October 18, 1934, he was the third oldest of six children. Del graduated from Rogers High School and served his country in the US Navy from 1953-1957. He married Sharon Osler on February 17, 1961 and they were blessed with their wonderful children, Jeff and Shardel. Del, Shari and their family enjoyed a life full of dancing, travel, fishing, boating, camping, hunting and numerous other outdoor activities and were members of Pilgrim Lutheran Church. Del retired from Genuine Auto Parts/NAPA where he worked in outside sales. Preceded in death by his parents, sister Lenore and brothers Gordon and Joe. Del is survived by his wife of almost 54 years, Shari; his children Jeff and Shardel and her husband Paul; grandchildren Kristen and Ryan and his great-granddaughters Esenya and Leilani. He is also survived by his brothers Larry and Kenny and several nieces and nephews. Please join us for a celebration of Del’s life at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 2733 W. Northwest Blvd., Spokane, WA on Thursday, December 31st at 2 pm. The family would like to extend their thanks to Horizon Hospice for their wonderful care and compassion.
