Richard Lee Swan

SWAN, Richard (Age 75) – Born in Missouri on January 14, 1941; entered into rest in Spokane, WA on August 28, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents, Katherine and Woodrow Swan; and three brothers, Charles, Dale and Jerry Swan. Richard is survived by his wife of 32 years, Mary Anne Swan; brother, Larry Swan; daughter, Debbie Swan; and step son Kevin Leckman and his wife, Christy. Richard was a truck driver for the construction industry for many years. He resided at Diamond Lake as Water and Sewer Commissioner. A visitation will be held on Wednesday and Thursday from 9: 00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA 99207. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley Ave., Spokane, WA 99205. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice House of Spokane, P.O. Box 2215, Spokane, WA 99210. He was a strong gentle man that will be missed by many.
