April 20, 1959 - July 6, 2009 After a courageous battle with cancer, Sheila passed away peacefully at Deaconess Hospital. Sheila was born in Yakima, Washington and raised in Spokane Washington where she attended Mead High School. Sheila was one of three children born to Edith and the late Rodger Goldschmitz and was the beloved wife of Robert Rose for 19 years. Sheila will forever be remembered by her brother George Goldschmitz and loving sister Lori and brother-in-law Dave Gravos, beloved children Brittnie and son-in-law John Focht and youngest daughter Alyssa Rose, treasured granddaughter Kendall Focht, caring in-laws Ed and Evelyn Rose, Diane and Rob Scyoc, Debbie and Danny Kiter, Darcey Goldschmitz and Mike Werhan, and nephews Jason, Justin, Bobbie, Nick, Michael, Ryne, Nolan and Brady and niece Meghan. Along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her. Sheila loved being with her family and friends, shopping, decorating her house, raising her children and taking care of her granddaughter Kendall. She touched the lives of many with her smile and generosity, and maintained a positive attitude and sense of humor all the way to the end. A special thanks to Dr. Holbrook, the staff at Cancer Care Northwest and Deaconess Hospital; especially Dave Henry for his compassion and care for Sheila and her family in the end.
