Larry James Serben

Larry James Serben "Grandpa", owner of L&S Towing, joined his wife, Peggy; two daughters, Candi and Sheli; and his mother, father, sister and brothers into rest on July 26, 2009. Mr. Serben was a resident of Deer Park for more than 36 years. He is survived by one daughter, Lorrilyn Barkley; one son, Larry J. Serben, Jr.; four grandchildren, Peggy Berry, Carly Berry, Shane Sleep and Hayley Sleep; one great granddaughter, RaeLyn Berry (his "apple, peaches, pumkin pie"); numerous other "grandchildren" and "great grandchildren" whom loved him as their own "grandpa". He is also survived by two sisters and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 3rd at 1:00 PM at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA. Interment to follow at Fairmount Memorial Park, Spokane, WA.
