Dean Orison Gilbert

GILBERT, Dean O (age 91) – Entered into rest on April 20th, 2017 in Spokane, where he worked and lived for over 60 years. Born in Seattle, Dean graduated from Irene S. Reed High School in Shelton, WA, with the Class of 1943. He entered the U.S. Army and served in both WW II and Korea. He owned and operated Inland Book Store in Spokane and retired in 1994. Dean enjoyed family genealogy, walking, reading, and traveling. He is survived by his nephews, Dennis and Timothy O’Neil ; and nieces, JoDean Edelheit and Anna Feucht. Private interment at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, Medical Lake, WA.
