STROMBERG, Jessie M. "Jay" - Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend went home to be with her Lord and Savoir on October 27, 2009. An elder member of the Spokane Tribe of Indians. Born on June 15, 1915 in Peach, WA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis H. Stromberg; parents, Charles and Philomene Lynn; three sisters, Sadie, Clara and Thelma; and two brothers, Maurice and Chuck Lynn. Jay is survived by her sister, Ivy Ragsdale; son, Louis C. Stromberg; daughter-in-law, Lois Stromberg; grandchildren, Loree and Marv Eads, Linda and Mark Lauch, Louie and Karrie Stromberg, Lisa and Jeff Ford and Iva Wilhelm; great grandchildren, JC and Amy Claassen, Jeannie and Sonny Bigsmoke, Louie Jean Stromberg, Kameron Curtiss, Margo Shines, Joshua Lauch, Shawnee Steven Cody and Jessa Ford; great-great grandchildren, Shelby, Bailey and Emily Claassen and Kieana and Taylena Bigsmoke; faithful caregiver, Donna James; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Longhouse in Wellpinit, WA. Burial will follow at the Presbyterian Cemetery in Wellpinit. RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N.
