Laura Elaine Koppe

(age 20) – Laura went to heaven on Tuesday, April 6th following a tragic automobile accident. Born in Spokane on February 8, 1990, to John and Cindy (Massender) Koppe. Laura attended local Deer Park Schools and was a student at Spokane Community College. She was a Past Honored Queen and Majority Member of Bethel #44 of the International Order of Job’s Daughters (Jobies), former FFA member, very active in 4-H Club and a devoted Chief’s Fan. Laura is survived by her parents, Cindy and John Koppe at their Deer Park home; her brother, Brian Koppe of Spokane; grandparents, Robert and Joan Koppe of Spokane Valley, and Lola Massender of Spokane; numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins; a multitude of friends; and hundreds of Jobie Sisters. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Veradale United Church of Christ, 611 N Progress, Spokane Valley, WA. Private interment will take place at the Woodland Cemetery in Deer Park, WA. The family requests memorials be made to the WA State Job’s Daughters Scholarship Fund, c/o 13209 E 12th, Spokane Valley, 99216.
