Ralph Hugo Renn

RENN, Ralph Hugo (age 90)– Entered into rest on April 23, 2010 in Spokane, WA. Born in Othello, WA on December 10, 1919 to Robert and Amelia (Suko) Renn, Ralph attended area schools before joining the U.S. Air Force, from which he retired as a Lt. Col., after serving in WWII and Korea. He later taught school in the Davenport School District prior to retiring a second time. He and his devoted wife, Ardella Marie (Betts) have lived the last 42 years in Spokane. They are longtime members of Messiah Lutheran Church, enjoyed the Friday Night Mixed Doubles Bowling League, and he was a member of the NEA and NRA. Ralph is survived by his wife, Ardella at home; daughters, Lorelei A. Fulton (Mike) of Malaga, WA, Aylette Ness (Walt) of East Wenatchee, WA, and Shalla M. Doyle (Paddy) of Home Dale, ID; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 4th, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, 4202 N Belt, Spokane, WA, with Rev. Bob Chenault officiating . Private interment at the IOOF Evergreen Cemetery, Rosalia, WA.
