Raymond A. Forney

FORNEY, Raymond A. (Age 67) - Passed away September 28, 2010 in Hospice House after a long and couragous battle with lung cancer. He was born September 27, 1943 in Chewelah, WA to Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Forney of Springdale, WA. Ray graduated from Mary Walker High School in 1962. He worked for several auto dealerships in Spokane. Ray retired at an early age due to a back injury. He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen (Fitzgerald) in October 29, 2008; his parents; and his devoted uncle, Ed Groff in July 21, 2010. Ray is survived by his sons, Randy and Jim; brother, Jack (Verna); sister, Carol Anest; 6 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. In honor of Ray's request, no public service will be held.
