Alice J. Kingsbury

Alice J. Kingsbury (Age 80) - Born July 12, 1930 in Butte, MT to Alice and Charles Dunne. Alice passed away November 14, 2010 in Spokane, WA after a struggle with multiple medical complications. She is survived by her children, Jean Kelley of Post Falls, ID and Daniel Kingsbury of Garland, TX; 6 grandchildren and one great grandchild; brothers, Joe Loney, Jack and Charles Dunne; sister, Marion Kenney; and numerous other relatives. Preceded in death by her husband, Daniel H. Kingsbury on November 26, 1997 (married Alice on January 4, 1951). Alice and Dan were longtime residents of the Deer Park and Spokane area. Alice had a life-long gift and love for artwork; along with a passion that included a large range of crafts. She and her late husband discovered golf while enjoying their retirement and especially had pleasure during the snowbird trips to Arizona. While living in Deer Park, Alice and Dan were members of the Elks Lodge. Alice moved to Spokane in February 2003, where she resided at the Fairwood Retirement Village. A closed casket visitation will be held on Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7200 N. Wall St., Spokane, WA. Alice will be dearly missed.
