Ralph G. Netherton (age 88) entered into rest on November 23, 2010. He was born on May 7, 1922 to parents James and Lola (Violet) Netherton in Colville, WA. He attended school in the Oroville. Ralph married Dardenella Pepper in 1941 and together they raised their two daughters. Ralph spent 25 years working for the State of Washington as a Manager of State Parks and Park Ranger. He spent time working in 7 of Washington’s State Parks before retiring in 1980. In 1986, he and his family moved to the Spokane area, where Ralph enjoyed his retirement spending time fishing, camping, and traveling. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved people, but most of all he loved his family. The family would like to send a special thank you to all of Ralph’s caregivers. He loved them all. He and the family greatly appreciated the love, care and humor they provided through the years. Ralph is survived by his daughters, Bev (Ted) Keil of Mead and Darsilla (Ralph) Mast of Coulee City, WA; grandchildren, David (Joyce) Keil of Renton, WA, Linda Keil of New York City, NY, and Pamela (Eugene) Lindsey of Dell, OK; great grandchildren, Alyssa (John) Hooper of Oklahoma City, OK and Jacob Lindsey of Dell, OK; great-great granddaughter, Alaysha Hooper of Oklahoma City, OK ; brother, Lawrence (Doris) Netherton of Bremerton, WA, and sister Evelyn Hinton of Pioneer, CA. Ralph was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Dardenella, in December of 2004. The urn will be placed at Holy Cross Cemetery.
