Brenda Froemke suddenly passed away while at home in the afternoon of Monday, April 3rd. She was 61 years old. Born in 1961 to Harriet (Sally) and Richard (Dick) Williams, she was the second oldest of six siblings in the family. Although the family lived at several locations, she spent the majority of her childhood in Kewa, on the Colville Indian Reservation, and graduated from Inchelium High School. She attended Spokane Falls Community College.
Brenda married her husband, Bill, in 1991. Together, they raised her two young children from previous relationships, and added their third child. Family was very important to her. She dearly loved her husband, her children, and especially adored her grandchildren. She was very close with all of her family and fondly recalled the family reunions held throughout her life.
She also enjoyed horses. She had two that she loved to work with and liked to watch them running in the pasture. She rode them when she could and always took advantage of opportunities to lead her grandkids around on them. Horses and grandchildren, a happy marriage, loving friends and family – her life was complete.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Bill Froemke, her three children, Raena (Kyle) Strohmaier, Anthony Carson, and Hayden Froemke, one sister - Pat, two brothers - Rob and Del, five grandchildren, three aunts, and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. She will be greatly missed.
