Cynthia “Cindy” Del Resseman

July 4, 1949 – August 8, 2024

Cindy was born to Del and Mary Apitz while living in Deer Park, WA. At the age of five, she moved with her parents and baby sister to Spokane, WA. She attended Loma Vista Elementary School through the fifth grade, and later Lidgerwood Elementary School after her family moved to a new home. She attended John Rogers High School where she participated in pep club, choir and her most beloved activity, Future Homemakers of America. She was an officer of the club and excelled in sewing and cooking. Both activities were important throughout her life. She lived for a short time in Nogales, Arizona during her first marriage, before moving back to Spokane with her young son. She later married again and had three additional sons. Homemaking, tending to her pink roses and sewing quilts was the highlight of her life. 

She is preceded in death by both of her parents.

Cindy is survived by her four sons, Lon Lyons, Chad Resseman, Todd Resseman and Marc Resseman. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her long-time partner, Patrick Breeden and her sister, Sandra See.
