HAYES, Donald Ray October 13, 1935 – July 24, 2018   Surrounded by friends and family Donald Ray Hayes a resident of Plummer, Idaho passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Hospice House of North Idaho. He was born on October 13, 1935 in Healdsburg, California to Pauline and Emmitt Hayes. Don was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sylvia Maxine Hayes and her son, Jack Harold Summers. He is survived by Jack’s four children and their spouses, Terri and Mike McNeilly, Jill and Marty Kjose, Stacey and James Cahill, Greg and Karen Summers, his sisters, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They will all dearly miss his loyalty, patience, wonderful sense of humor, smile, twinkling blue eyes, and his endless stories. He touched many lives and was cherished by all. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA (509) 483-8558
