Leonard "Herman" Knorr

Passed into rest on Friday January 11, 2019. The youngest son of Adolph and Helena Knorr, he was born on July 6th 1938. The youngest of 4 brothers. He is survived by his brother Laurence C Knorr and sister-in-law Genny Knorr. Leonard grew up in Spokane and spent his whole life here, he married his wife Beatrice ( deceased ) in 1964 they had no children of their own but enjoyed spending time with his many nieces and nephews.    He had a full life where his 2 brothers and himself owned and operated Upriver Greenhouse from 1965 until they sold the business in 2009 to a family member. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and had many hobbies including rock hounding, bowling, and hunting and fishing with family and friends.    Services will be held at Riplinger Funeral Home, 4305 N. Division, Spokane, WA on Saturday  January 26th at 10:00 am.
