Mary Anne Swan

Our beloved Mother and Grandmother Mary Anne Swan was called to her everlasting home on October 26, 2022. Mary was born to Robert and Helen Swanson on March 19, 1935. Mary held several jobs throughout her life as a secretary. Mary loved spending time with her family the most but also enjoyed many other things though her life. Mary loved music and was an avid pianist, spring and summer were her favorite months where she spent most of her time transforming her yard into a beautiful garden every year that everyone always enjoyed. Mary cherished and enjoyed all animals that would accompany her garden and many pets that she took care of. Mary is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Helen Swanson; her husband, Richard Swan; her son, John Kain; her daughter, Karen Salyards; and her sister, Patricia McIrvin. She is survived by her son, Kevin (Christy) Leckman; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 12:30 pm at Fairmount Memorial Park Cemetery, Spokane, WA.
