Neecole London Serrano, age 45, of Spokane, Washington passed away March 1, 2022. She was born in the United Kingdom on April 4, 1976. She was married to Mel Serrano 01/04/2014. Neecole was a CNA for over 15 years working at different facilities and hospitals. She created many lifelong relationships and left an impact on everyone she had contact with. From school-age friends to adult ones anyone who had a relationship/friendship with her knows how special she was, how much they truly love and appreciate her. Throughout her life, she faced struggles with a smile gracefully taking on any challenge regardless of how hard the battle became she had always won it. Neecole is a warrior and her spirit will continue throughout others representing hard work, morals, and strength into everyone she encourages. Her spirit will continue to guide everyone in good faith. With this hard work and strength, Neecole began a cab business named Speedy Cab, which was her pride and joy. She enjoyed being her own boss where she took a lot of pride in her work and business while caring for her employees. Spending time with family, especially things like baking with her mother to laughing hysterically with her daughter were precious moments that she had cherished forever. Those memories truly mattered her and kept her going through the darkest times. She was survived by Her Husband Mel Serrano of Medical Lake Washington, Her daughter Shayla Rogers of Spokane Washington, Her Father Marion Austin of Spokane Washington, Her Brother Gerald (Cecilia) London of Cheney, Her Aunts, Mary (Elton) Loise Dodd, of Dallas Texas, Shirley Scott of Dallas Texas, Her Uncles Bobby (Cassandra) Earl Scott of Lubbock Texas, Garland Lynn Scott of Dallas Texas, Cousins Eulunda Thurman of Dallas Texas, Eurasha Thurman Sheppard of Dallas Texas, Brandie Toliver-Ransom of Dallas Texas. She was preceded in death by: Her Mother Willie Mae Austin, Her Grandparents Willie and Edna Scott, Her Aunt and Uncles, Pearl Thurman and Billy Joe Scott, and Jimmy Lee Scott. A service will be held Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 1:00 pm at RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 4305 N. DIVISION, SPOKANE, WA. Interment to follow at Greenwood Memorial Terrace Cemetery.
